For my Junior Year Health Care Studio, we were given the task of designing a GYN outpatient clinic with a given building shell. With complete design freedom of branding, market research, and schematics I created a clinic no one dreads going to. In fact, it’s quite the addition to the vacation. Harbor View Wellness is a luxury OB/GYN clinic designed for the coastal residents of Cape Cod, MA. After visiting Cape Cod in the Summer of 2024, I realized many of the population resides in the perfect beach town for months at a time. There is a need for a place for the typical appointments without having to leave paradise.

The project consisted of market and user research built into case studies. Revit was the main software for all renderings and floor plans.
